Google makes embedding interactive maps on your site as easy as using copy and paste.
Find The Address You Want To Map
The first step is to visit maps.google.com and search for the address that you want to map.
Open The Map Customizer Window
Click on the chain-link icon, in the upper right of the left panel. This should open a small box. Next, click on “Customize and preview embedded map”. A new window should appear, containing some map-size customizations on top, a map preview in the middle, and finally the code you need to copy and paste at the bottom.
Customize The Map
You can select a predefined map size or enter a custom map size using the “Width” and “Height” text boxes on the page. Also, you can adjust what the map displays by dragging the map to the location you want.
Adding The Map To Your Site
In the map editor, select all of the code in the box below the map and copy it. Now, you can paste that code where ever you want to put the map on your site. You can always return to the map editor window, if you need to fine-tune the map display.
